  • GoldenSky is an all ages event, patrons of any age require a pass for entry.
  • All pass sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
  • All price levels are available in limited quantities.  Buy early to save the most money.  Once an allotment is sold out, passes will be available at the next price level.  There is no difference in access between the levels.
  • Your pass will come in the form of an RFID Festival Wristband.
  • We recommend you purchase directly via our PASS PAGE, we are not responsible for any purchases made through unofficial or secondary sites.
  • The re-sale of passes at a higher price point is prohibited, and if discovered, will result in the pass being voided without refund.
  • Passes may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the festival.

No, we do not offer any sort of official meet and greet packages for our events.

You can purchase tickets online via Front Gate Tickets. Please see our PASSES PAGE for full info. There are no physical outlets for walk-up sales in advance of the festival.

If you’d like to try to sell your passes via lyte, our official fan-to-fan exchange platform, please see here. Please note, only passes purchased directly through Front Gate tickets at full price are eligible to sell through Lyte. You will not receive payment once you’ve sold your passes until after the event takes place in October 2023.

Not to worry! Passes are fulfilled and shipped in batches over several weeks. If your order is being shipped within the U.S., you will receive a tracking number once your pass has been mailed. Passes ship approximately five – six weeks before the festival.

All wristbands are shipped fivesix weeks prior to the event.
U.S. Orders
Your passes will be mailed out to you. As each order is fulfilled, an email will be sent with a tracking number. Emails will come from noreply@frontgatetickets.com and sometimes end up in spam folders, we advise checking there as well as adding this email to your safe-sender list. For those who purchased passes after the deadline, please bring your order confirmation and government-issued photo ID to the Box Office to receive your wristband. If you have questions about receiving your order, shipping address, tracking info, etc. please email us at info@goldenskyfestival.com.
International Orders
All international orders (including Canadian orders) will be available for pick up at the Box Office. Please bring your order confirmation and government-issued photo ID.

Shipping address can be updated at any time, up until the label for your package has been printed. To update your shipping or payment information, please log into your Front Gate account HERE by hitting sign in at the top of the page. From there, you’ll be able to view and manage your order.

Yes, someone other than the original purchaser can pick up the wristbands. However, they will need to bring the original order confirmation email, a copy of the original purchaser’s government-issued photo ID, and written consent from the original purchaser stating they can pick up the wristbands.

The box office will accept a State issued Driver’s license, a government-issued Non-Driver ID Card, Military ID, or Passport. Please make sure to have one of these forms of ID with you!

No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pass sales. All artists and scheduled performance times are subject to change. Festival is outdoors and is held rain or shine.

If you miss your payment, you will have up to a 30-day grace period to pay your next installment before your order is subject to cancelation and to a non-refundable $100 fee + $10 termination fee.

You can upgrade on site at any Box Office location, if there is availability as quantities are limited. You can also email us at info@goldenskyfestival.com for support ahead of the festival if you wish to upgrade sooner.

No, your pass is an RFID wristband and a weekend pass is not transferable across multiple attendees.

There are two box office locations at GoldenSky one at the Garden Highway entrance and one at the Jibboom Street bridge entrance. Both locations can assist with all ticketing needs. Box Office hours will be posted closer to the event.

If you’d like to try to sell your passes purchased through Front Gate Tickets, we’d recommend doing so via Lyte, our official fan-to-fan exchange platform, HERE. Passes purchased outside of Front Gate Tickets, or at a discount are not eligible to sell via Lyte. Fan to fan exchange FAQS

You can return your tickets on the exchange. Lyte will make you an offer on the spot—sometimes more and sometimes less than you paid, depending on demand for tickets. Lyte’s mission is to ensure the next fan in line gets to go at a fair and marketable price. You will be paid within 1 business day after the event.

Request the ticket you’re looking for and lock in the price with a credit card. Once Lyte gets a ticket you requested from another fan, you will be charged exactly what Lyte quoted you. No hidden fees. View or cancel your request at any time before it is filled. Tickets will be delivered to you by the official ticketing platform. 

Lyte prices are based on fair market value and may be higher than original prices if there are significantly more requests than tickets. However, Lyte’s prices are always lower than third-party websites. Lyte technology drives prices back to the original value. By using the Fan-to-Fan Exchange, you are helping us in our fight against scalping.

The Fan-To-Fan Exchange, powered by Lyte, is a place where you can return or request tickets once a certain ticket type sells out. Check out the [Exchange] for more details. 

When your request is filled, you get a new ticket delivered to you by our primary ticket issuer. All tickets purchased from the Exchange are newly issued and backed by us so you don’t have to worry about any issues at the gate.

There are often far more people trying to buy tickets than there are tickets available. When that is the case we sometimes have to pay over face value to people returning their tickets. Prices through Lyte’s Fan-To-Fan Exchange are always better than prices on unofficial resale sites and all tickets sold through the Exchange are 100% guaranteed.

Wait time depends on availability. Hang in there! Lyte has been able to fill up to 98% of requests for other big events. Ticket returns pick up the most in the last month. That’s when the line really starts moving.

If there is no waitlist for tickets there are no other fans with whom to exchange. For now, you can sign up and we will notify you once your ticket type has sold out.
